kerala Territory was a desert land for Study group when i joined. My job was to make it a fruitful land. I have got 2 active agents and a total of 12 agents. I have uplift the agent portfolio from 2 to 8 active agents and the agents size has increased from 12 to 20 during the Covid Pandemic.

  • During my first 60 -90 days in the organization i was understanding the products, actively recruiting agents, speaking with existing agents over Skype , zoom and doing agents visits often, email's and Sms and organizing product training for the new and existing agents. I have actively recruited 8 quality agents and interacted with more than 65 agents in the kerala territory.
  • Achieved 272 % and 114% application growth in Q3 & Q4 2020 in the territory from 18 to 67 offers in Q3 and 7 to15 offers in Q4 from new and existing agents.
  • Managed over 20 agents within kerala territory.
  • Promote and presented talks on UK, USA and AUS products to the agents.
  • Reporting about the market scenario,presenting sales forecasting on every month to the management and market Intelligence with regional manager in Dubai.
