Work with our league partner on Pro Billiard Series events to provide Predator equipment and event communications, including but not limited to:
• Planning and reporting:
o North America Events budget planning.
o Ensure that new venues meet the standards required for competition.
o Develop a comprehensive logistical plan for the set-up and take down of the venue for: Pool Tables, Lights, TV arena carpet, truss, furniture, and video setup.
o Report on event costs and revenues to management team.
• Logistics:
o Coordination of logistics and shipment of the Pro and League events equipment.
o Coordination of accommodations and transport for the Predator Group event and media teams.
o Handling payment requests and reimbursements from independent contractors and suppliers.
o Food and Beverage planning for PBS team.
• Setup: Execute the plan for the set-up of the pool tables, lights, carpet, truss, furniture, TV arena and video setup.
• Maintenance: On tournament days managing the maintenance and troubleshooting of the equipment and tournament resources.
• During the events, the first one to open the room, inspect, clean and prepare for the public. work with the media team to ensure that they have the tools needed to deliver the expected coverage of the event according to procedures.
• Teardown: Execute the logistical plan for the tear down of the equipment and oversee shipment and loading.
• Develop strong relationships with the partners, promoters, understanding what they need, what we are required to deliver, and how to assist them towards successful outcomes and meeting deadlines.
