T24 Arrangement Architecture Project

Under T24 AA project scope is to replace the old Lending and mortgage module with latest AA module to make bank complaint over regulation& security changes.

• Closely working with tech T24 Team & business to draft out list of different business unit, products & services who consume LD and MG services and Built successful practical delivery plan
• Strengthened Delivery model by adapting improved process , developing solutions and monitoring implementation.
• Provided projection reports daily tacker and Gantt chart etc base on business need over JIRA , PowerBI and MS Planner , MS Project etc.
• Maintained open communication by presenting regular updates on project status to Management and board members.
• Adhered to budget requirements with excellent planning and consistent expense monitoring.
• Scheduled and facilitated meetings between project stakeholders to discuss deliverables, schedules and conflicts.

Consumer Protection Regulation Project:

Under CPR Project major role is to make FAB complaint on Retail (consumer) banking ,Islamic Banking Working on different product like (Mortgage CASA,CC, Elite ,Islamic banking ) with respect to regulation changes made by Central bank.

• Exercised critical thinking to bridge Gap, identified by Audit (PwC) Organization post Central Bank regulation changes and help bank to attain compliance.
• Owned major documentation visualization SOP , BRD and driven initiatives end to end.
• Developed short-term goals and long-term strategic plans to improve compliance.
• Worked one-on-one with Business unit head & VPs to implement complaint processes.
• Involved in internal Audited and mentored other BAs on documentation , reporting.
• Collaborated on implementation of new content process with legal marketing and sales collection team .

manages the end-to-end strategy execution life-cycle in any organization through a single platform.

KRA

• Collaborated with different stakeholders to understand business problem statements and translate high-level strategy & product direction into features, epics and user stories; prioritize product backlog for selection in the sprint.
• Analyzed key aspects of business to evaluate factors driving results and summarized into Dashboards.
• Leading as Scrum Master for Customer success team responsible for all ceremonies in a 4-week sprint, backlog grooming and management, prioritize the iteration and drive acceptance testing and delivery of iteration.

DBSales is an in-house North American client banking application involved in before and after the account opening.

• Subject Expert and Advisor for Product and IT solutions entailing implementations across North America.
• Work closely with Product Owners Executives for Business Architecture using requirements, such as scope, processes, alternatives, and risks.
• Draft and maintain business requirements and align them with functional and technical requirements.
• Conduct Multi-levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration, and performance to verify if it met the client’s expectation.
• Maintaining all client relationships from offshore.
• Prepared HLD and DLD as per the Requirements using Microsoft Visio.
• Involved in the development and enhancement functionality for DBSALES Application based on the Business requirement.
• Coordinate installation of a software system Release wise.

Project Title: Service Now:

Extensively used in all regions, NA, APAC, EMEA for all IT services management, IT operations management, and IT business management.

• Create roadmap on how to implement serviceNow over most of the region and integration over different application.
• Working with different stakeholders Responsible for all the Release management, Quality Assurance, Defect management for multiple application running over methodologies like waterfall and Agile process.
• Created training materials and procedures also train the Ops Users.
• Developed many custom reports which help to visualize the App Managers, Key stakeholder, and Product Owner to see the overall Application performance

Project Name: -Powai Associate Portal.

Client and Offshore team jointly used this application. The web-based solution delivers many features which help in Audit, Daily reports, Screening test data and archival process, eliminate manual intervention and Errors and provides technology Services, Log checker, Demographic data with competency level and many more Reports based on custom requirements.

• Analyzed user requirements, perform impact analysis and generated system requirements documents and Develop Business architecture.
• Supervised quality and completeness of System Use Cases/ BRDs.
• Collaborated with the project team in solution development to implementation; presented the business solution.
• Generated cost saving of an average 50,000/-INR per year with this simple Automation task.
