Was part of the APAC- Data Management transition team. As an SME, helped in developing and maintaining clear process maps and procedures to an agreed level of detail that informs both the internal team and client on the steps required to complete transactions associated with core HR processes. Created templates, guidelines and check lists, particularly for off system/manual processes.

Post knowledge transfer, provided training to other internal team members on the new processes and tools.

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining new onboarded employee’s data in various HRMS (SAP, HCM, GEOS, euHReka, ServiceNow etc.)
  • Maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements and internal standards
  • Assist in making employee life cycle changes in the system and prepare supporting letters like transfers, address changes, additional payments, status changes, and business visa invitation letters etc. and ensuring correct sign offs
  • Generate various reports through HRMS to manage the probation and contract extension process and ensure all employees have an accurate employment status
  • Timely processing of all leaver information in the systems
  • Auditing and verifying accuracy of data entered by running and analyzing reports through different HRMS
